Below are some common issues you might encounter when using the MECP online practice test.  Please read carefully before contacting technical support.

  • LOST PASSWORD: If you cannot login to your account, please go to our Password Recovery Page and input the e-mail address you originally used to register.  An e-mail containing your Student ID, Group ID and Password should be e-mailed to you within minutes.
  • BROWSER ISSUES: NOTE: Users should never use the "BACK" button once their practice test has begun.

 The MECP practice test was designed to work with the following web browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above
  • Firefox 3.0 and above
  • Google Chrome 5.0 and above
  • Safari 4.0 and above

If you are not using one of the above browsers, please consider doing so as browser errors can cause unrecoverable errors that will require an account reset. If you encounter a browser error or other error message please contact eITPrep by e-mailing
